HILLTON Lab Fume Hood is a ventilated Enclosure designed to contain and exhaust fumes , vapors , mists and particulate matter generated within the hood interior.

Fume cupboard represents a low-voltage appliance. Which is necessary for the correct function of this instrument. Since the work in fume cupboard is mainly associated with hazardous chemical agents regular service are recommended.

The warranty period service is determined by the business conditions of Hilltonlab company. Based on our experience the best way of improvement of service regime is to conclude service contract. The main goal of this contract is general control of the fume cupboard once in 12 months, which includes following items: tightness and status of connection of exhausting system, alarm function, exhausting system slot cleaning, inner control of corpus of fume cupboard, tightness of the vents exchange of pendent string of the window and of seal of the working area of the fume cupboard.

Fume cupboard Sizes – outer dimensions - width 1200, 1500, 1800, depth 750 / 900, height 2250 mm. The worktop is 900 mm. above the floor. The material is made of 1.5 mm G.I. thick steel sheet; surface is epoxy painted according to the RAL scale coating made with resin layer – Front window in the frame is vertically sliding, Toughened glassed vertical or horizontally sliding in the frame .
